Lenovo ThinkPad W540 advanced menu unlock and whitelist removal

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad W540 that i wish to unlock advanced menu and remove/disable the WLAN/WWAN whitelist.
I am well versed with the ch341A EEPROM tools and process. I made a dump and sent it to you as a private chat
