Lenovo ThinkPad T480 Advanced menu unlock and whitelist removal

Hi all
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T480.
This is my favorite laptop, but it's time to upgrade it and I've run into a number of problems.
I'm hoping to get the undervolting working correctly and ram settings working in advanced bios.
Also needs wwan whitelist removal.
The new modem fibocom l860 is not working.
I have a SPI-programmer.
I am ready to pay.
