Bios: insyde, version 1.07.02TQLM2
Please enable hidden (Advanced) bios settings. Specifically interested in the ability to disable Turbo boost, hyper threading and reduce the voltage of the processor.
I also have a T48 iii programmer.

Also, Bios Guard and Intel Boot Guard is present in your bios , need to generate new RSA keys.
