    OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-wf1070nw (B82PLEA)
    Intel ME: 16.1.38.2676
    Embedded Controller: 09.39

The BIOS is RSA-signed, which is a major obstacle.
There are BIOS/Boot Guard protections (Intel Boot Guard), so the image verification will prevent unsigned or altered firmware from booting.
I only want to gain control over overclocking and undervolting in XTU; there are three UEFI variables involved, but HP prevents even this (write-protected).....
    I can act as a tester — I have a CH341A SPI programmer.

      Hi
How did you get this file?
Do you need unblocked advanced menu?

It is a spi dump of whole chip. I don't need advanced menu i bet it won't work anyway. Unlocked controll in xtu would be enough.
